CapAsia seeks to establish significant minority equity positions in portfolio companies.   Investment professionals add value to portfolio companies by providing managerial guidance and access to CapAsia’s network.  We work closely with portfolio companies, to establish management leverage and expertise in the following areas:

• Capital raising  
• Business/financial planning, strategy and restructuring
• Human resources, specifically identifying key management hires
• Alliances - identifying suitable strategic partners and establishing alliances with global partners 
• Corporate governance
• Environmental and social sustainability
• Regulatory and public sector oversight

We generally seek minority equity positions in portfolio companies with significant rights and protections, including the appointment of key senior managers and representation on the company board.
