CapAsia seeks operating assets with stable and predictable cash flows, with an underlying goal of limiting the Funds’ exposure to development, construction and completion risks. The Firm also considers greenfield projects in countries that have established regulatory frameworks and a stable, growing economy. 

We believe that a critical component to our success is selecting investments that have strong local partners and management. Our proactive deal team seeks to leverage its professional networks to find local partners that have successful track records, high standards of corporate governance, and established relationships with local regulators.  We value partners that have experience working with offshore investors and are receptive to CapAsia’s active ownership approach.
