PetroWind Energy Inc. (“PWEI”) is a renewable energy company sponsored by PetroGreen Energy Corporation (“PGEC”) and EEI Corporation (“EEI”) of the Yuchengco Group of Companies (“YGC”), and by CAIF III. PWEI developed and constructed the 36 MW Nabas Wind Power Plant Project which is eligible for the Feed-in Tariff (“FIT”) under the Renewable Energy Act of 2008 in the Philippines. The Project achieved COD on 10 Jun 2015. The wind farm was taken over on 12 Dec 2015. The Energy Regulatory Commission awarded PWEI its Certificate of Compliance-FIT on 1 Dec 2015. Subsequently, the project was awarded a long term feed-in-tariff.
