PT Margautama Nusantara (“MUN”) is the holding company of four operating toll roads in Indonesia. It is majority owned by Jakarta-listed PT Nusantara Infrastructure. The 34.5 km toll road portfolio located in Jakarta and Makassar, the capital city of Sulawesi includes: (a) PT Bintaro Serpong Damai, the concession holder of a 7.25 km toll road which connects Serpong and Pondok Aren, Jakarta; (b) as an associate company of MUN, PT Jakarta Lingkar Baratsatu (“JLB”) operates a toll road of 9.7 km connecting Kebon Jeruk (West Jakarta) with Penjaringan and Soekarno-Hatta International Airport area, Cengkareng; (c) PT Bosowa Marga Nusantara (“BMN”)-, the concession holder of a 5.95 km toll road connecting Soekarno-Hatta port in Makassar and AP Pettarani road; (d) PT Jalan Tol Seksi Empat (“JTSE”), the concession holder of 11.57 km toll road which connects with BMN to Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport.
